XII Sic Performance LLC is not held responsible for any items that have been lost or damaged during shipping do to the negligence of the shipping company. All orders will be shipped standard shipping with no insurance or signature requirements. If the buyer wishes they may add insurance to the shipment at the buyers cost or any other feature that the shipping company may offer, such as but not limited to; over night, 2nd day, international, insured, signature confirmation, Saturday delivery ect.  If you wish to have any Shipping features added to your order please specify which features in the notes section of your order

-The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C))

This federal law regulates warranties for the protection of consumers. The essence of the law concerning new aftermarket auto parts is that a vehicle manufacturer may not condition a written or implied warranty on the consumers using parts or services which are identified by brand, trade, or corporate name (such as the vehicle maker’s brand) unless the parts or service are provided free of charge. The law means that the use of an aftermarket part alone is not cause for denying the warranty. However, the law’s protection does not extend to aftermarket parts in situations where such parts actually caused the damage being claimed under the warranty. Further, consumers are advised to be aware of any specific terms or conditions stated in the warranty which may result in its being voided. The law states in relevant part: No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumers using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name… (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)).

-XII Performance Limited Warranty

All XII Performance suspension products are quality control inspected before being shipped, for materials and workmanship. However, if any suspension product is found to be defective in workmanship or materials, then such product shall be replaced free of any additional cost or charge to the original purchaser only, provided that any claim under this warranty is made in writing to XII Performance LLC. Not With standing anything herein to the contrary, there are no warranties what so ever which extend beyond the foregoing limited warranty. All implied warranties, including any warranty of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded and XII Performance LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from any defective product, including but not limited to any liability for personal injury, death or property damage. XII Sic Performance LLC’s sole obligation under this limited warranty shall be the replacement of any product found to be defective in workmanship or materials. The forgoing limited warranty shall be void, and of no further force or effect, if the purchaser fails to install the suspension product properly or if the purchaser fails, in any manner what so ever, to comply with all applicable specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. This limited warranty shall also be void, and no further force or effect if the suspension are misused, or applied to the vehicle in any manner not prescribed by XII Sic Performance LLC or the vehicle manufacture. This limited warranty is not transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser of the suspension product.
